The process of the concrete mixing plant mainly has the following quality control points.
1. Talent cultivation:
Organize more laboratory personnel to carry out professional knowledge training, testing, etc., to improve the professional and technical capabilities of quality controllers and operators.
2. Control of weighing scales in the mixing building:
Before the work of the mixing station starts, the zero point calibration of the metering equipment is required. In the process of concrete production, the operator should control the error of each plate of batching and the cumulative amount, so that the metering error of the delivered concrete batching meets the allowable deviation of raw material metering stipulated in the ready-mixed concrete standard. At the same time, the quality controller should randomly check the concrete mixer truck before the concrete leaves the factory, and check whether the specific density of the concrete meets the requirements by weighing.
3. Confirmation of raw materials:
The quality controller of the mixing station needs to check the quality of the original records of raw materials such as sand and stone in advance, whether the number of the powder silo and the variety of raw materials in the silo correspond.
4. Concrete mixing and unilateral water consumption control:
The operators of the concrete mixing plant must do "three look and one listen". First look at the change of the ammeter during the concrete mixing process; second, look at the stirring and flow of the concrete mixture; third, look at the concrete state at the feed port of the mixer. One listen refers to the sound of concrete cutting.
5. Adjustment of concrete mix ratio:
During the production process of concrete, the quality controller needs to formulate the concrete mix ratio according to the laboratory, and adjust the "Concrete Mix Ratio Adjustment Notice" within the specified range. The principle of adjustment is: there must be a reasonable basis to prevent random adjustment; the water-binder ratio remains unchanged during adjustment; adjustment records must be made.
